A higher discount than this will not be permitted at any stalls. 2. Monday to Friday fair timings are 2-00 p.m. to 8-30 p.m. entry for stall holder at 1-00 p.m. on identification only. But on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Fair timings 12-00 Noon to 8-30 p.m. and for Stall holders at 11-00 a.m. only. 3. Two participant passes will be issued for each stall. Extra passes will be available against payments at the Fair Office. Free entrance to the Fair grounds will be possible only on the production of these passes. 4. The participants are requested to follow strictly the scheduled timings of the Book Fair. 5. All stall holders are required to issue bills for the sales at the Book Fair. This is a must and will be strictly enforced for the good of all concerned, also books sold must be packed only in paper bags. 6. Except the name board of the participant, no other advertisement's by way of any Banners shall be allowed inside the stall. 7. Participation in the Book Fair is open to publishers and others in allied fields from any part of the world However, no book or non-book materials, forbidden by the laws of India shouldn't be exhibited or sold at the Book Fair. 8. Participants should confine themselves to the space allotted to them and under no circumstances they will be allowed to encroach upon the common gangway of the open spaces in front of their stalls. 9. Reasonable arrangements for the security will be made throughout the Book Fair period. However, the organisers will not be responsilbe for any loss occurred to the participants in case of theft, burglary, pilferage, fire, flash, floods etc. Participants should therefore, adequately insure their exhibits and other materials against all kinds of risks. 10. The organisers will provide the stall holders covered area of the respective measurements with racks. Orgnaisers reserve the right to alter the dimensions of the stalls without assigning any reasons and their decision shall be final and binding on the participants. 11 . Second hand Books / Old Books / Remainder Books should not be sold in Book Fair. If the Book Fair committee finds them in stalls, such stalls will be cancelled and stall rents will not be refunded. 12. The organizer of the fair have the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. The decision of the organizers in all matters pertaining to the conduct of the Book Fair will be final. 13. Any legal dispute will be settled within the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam's Courts only. 14. Anything that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the exhibition will not be allowed, especially the use of personal sound systems. Any participant's violating the above norms shall be disqualified. 15. The organizers of the Fair reserve the rights, if circumstances so demand, to modify the dates and timings of the Fair, or even cancel it entirely, or extend it, if there are pressing and important reasons for doing so. In case of alterations, contracts with exhibitors, will continue to be wholly effective. If, however before the beginning of the Fair the event is completely cancelled, rents collected will be refunded, after deducting expenses already incurred. 16. Applications should reach the organizers along with full payment on or before 28-03-2015. Space will be allotted as per the discretion of the organizers, whose decisions in this regard will be final. 17. Participants are being informed, if they are willing to use Book Fair societies stage with chair and tables for their purpose of releasing their publication or any other activities they will be charged with Rs. 1000/- per each programme for a period of 1 hour. (Provided one mike, 2 Tables and 6 Chairs). Payments mustl be made in advance.
