Competitive B GRADE
OPEN
Any current competitive gymnasts Level 6 and under.
RESTRICTED
Retired competitive gymnasts (Retired at least 1 year ago) and advanced students.
Team and Individual Competition - Challenge 6 Optional requirements.
6 skills. Maximum of 4 from any EGR, 2 EGR's to be met. (A dismount if they choose to
perform one.) (Floor, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar). No Pommels.
Vault as per FIG Code of Points and Levels Manual Vault bonus structure 2013 (Level 7
requirements)

choose two others.

at front and back). On 3rd back swing,

Two Casts
Option One: Assisted chin up circle
over to front support (.5)
Option two: chin up circle over to front

Cast, immediately followed by a
second cast, to back hip circle.(Casts
should be above 45 degrees)
Three Long Hang Swings, mix grip
Dismount

Tuck Hold
Start up on end of bars. Lift legs up to
Tuck shape, hold for 2 counts.
Three Swings
Lower legs to initiate 3 swings.
Dismount
Swing back to land on mat
Front Support, 2 Casts
Jump up to front support. Cast, cast,
with hips away from bar. Casts should
be connected.
Dismount
Cast push back to release hands and
land on floor.
Shoulder Height Bar (Single Rail)
Novice D
Glides
Stand on beat board and place hands
on bar. Perform 3 Glides Swings (feet
stay in front of body). Land.
