(Kaithal) to change the option for the medical reimbursement from fix medical allowance to
open medical allowance facility for reimbursement of outdoor expenses of allopathic
treatment of chronic disease(s) w.e.f. 14.01.2015 in terms of Haryana Government
instructions issued from time to time on the following conditions:That he will not be entitled fix medical allowance w.e.f. 14.01.2015 and the fix
medical allowance, if any, paid to him after the date of change of option will have to
be deposited in Government Treasury.
That he will not be entitled fix medical allowance until he avails open medical
allowance facility.
That the option has been changed as the employee himself is suffering from chronic
disease. The certificate in this regard has been issued by Civil Surgeon, Kaithal vide
No. 256 dated 14.01.2015.
The Medical Certificate is to be reviewed/renewed after a period of two years or
before date of its expiry whichever is earlier otherwise his/her medical option will be
changed from open to fix automatically.
5. The reimbursement will be made only for chronic diseases declared by Haryana Govt.
from time to time.

With reference to your application and subsequent correspondence with the
school/inspection in this regard, I convey the grant for provisional recognition to Shlksha Bharti
Vidyalaya. Bahu Akbarour IRohtakl for Class 1 to 8 to with effect from 01-04-2014 run by Managing
Committe, Shlksha Bharti Samiti (Rohtak)
The above sanction is subject to fulfillment of following conditions:The grant for recognition is Class not extendable and does not in any way imply any obligation to
recognize/affiliate beyond Class VIII.
The school shall by the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009
and the Haryana State Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules 2011.
3. The school shall admit in class I, to the extent of the Strength of that class. Children belonging to
weaker section and disadvantaged group in the neighborhood and provide free and compulsory elementary
education till its completion :
Provided, that in case of pre primary classes also, this norm shall be followed.
4.For the children referred to in paragraph 3, the school shall be reimbursed as per sub section (2) of
section 12. To receive such reimbursements school shall provide a separate bank account.
5. The school shall not collect any capitation fee and subject the child or his or her parents or guardians
to any screening procedure.
6.The school shall not deny admission to any child for lack of age proof. If such admission is sought
subsequent to the extended period specified for admission, the same shall not be denied and the child

The above sanction is subject to fulfillment of following conditions:The grant for recognition is Class not extendable and does not in any way imply any obligation to
recognize/affiliate beyond Class VIII.
The school shall by the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009
and the Haryana State Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules 2011.
3. The school shall admit in class I, to the extent of the Strength of that class. Children belonging to
weaker section and disadvantaged group in the neighborhood and provide free and compulsory elementary
