Toronto Central CCAC will be hosting three separate celebrations for the many people in
our lives who are dedicated to helping others, whether they are paid or unpaid caregivers,
friends, volunteers or health care professionals. If you know someone* who goes above
and beyond to help someone live a fuller, healthier life, appreciate them with a nomination
for a Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Award. Everyone nominated will be
honoured at one of three evening receptions in Toronto.
