Horses may be under 14.2hh
ASS helmets must be worn AT ALL TIMES WHILE MOUNTED, no exceptions.
Payment must be made with entry
Cheques/money order to be make out to Hervey Bay Active Riders Inc
Maximum of 3 classes per horse over two consecutive levels
Any horse thought to be unsound or unfit for competition will be eliminated at the judges and committees discretion.
Rude and unsportsman like behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone exhibiting this behaviour will be eliminated.
Cruelty to horses will not be tolerated. The above rule applies.
All riders must be full members or reciprocal members or pay an event membership of $15 for the day
Entry must be received a) by the close of entry time/day
b) on the correct entry form c) NOT via Facebook or text message
Any person found to be disregarding the rules of the club or the DEPA grounds will be eliminated and ejected from the grounds.
A refundable stable fee must be paid for each horse. This is not Negotiable . This will be refunded upon inspection of stable at end
of the day.
Please use a separate entry form for each horse/rider combination.
All results and images from the day will be posted on the club Facebook page please contact us directly if you do not wish your results to
be posted.
CLASSES
N.B Children under 10 may ride in the Prep A or Prep D tests on the lead line. This will only be a
practice test with feedback from the judge. Please indicate below if children will be on lead.
