TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
CABANA ROAD WEST FROM HIGHWAY 3 TO
NORTHWAY AVENUE
Cabana Road West (from Highway 3 to Northway Avenue) will be closed from Friday, April 17, 2015 at
approximately 5:00 p.m. until Monday, April 27, 2015, at approximately 6:00 am. The temporary closure is
necessary for the reconstruction of Cabana Road West, the Cabana Road West/Highway 3 intersection and the
installation of the first pedestrian bridge in the Parkway.
During this closure, only right turns from westbound Highway 3 onto Cabana Road West will be allowed.
A detour route has been provided for access around the construction zone. The detour route provided is Dougall
Avenue to E.C. Row Expressway (north/west of the closure) and Dougall Avenue to Highway 401 (south/east of
the closure) to Highway 3/Huron Church Road to access Todd Lane on the other side of the closure.
Todd Lane remains open during the closure and traffic heading to the intersection has the option of turning left
from Todd Lane to Highway 3 north/west and right from Todd Lane to Highway 3 east.
Emergency Services have access through the corridor at all times.
