Entries must be postmarked by April 7, 2015. Late entries may be accepted at the
discretion of the committee with a late fee of $10.00 per entry added to the total entry. A
late entry will be determined based on the postmark on the envelope. No refunds to be
given. First to enter, last to dance.

TO VERIFY ENTRY: Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope for entry
confirmation or contact us via email at [email protected]. We will not be accepting
entries via Email.
JUDGING: Dancers will be judged according to the Rules and Regulations of the
S.O.B.H.D. Judges’ decision is final. No access to the judges’ sheets. In the event of a
protest, a $25.00 fee must accompany a written complaint and be submitted no later than
seven days from the date of the competition.
PRIZES: Medals and trophies will be awarded in all categories except Primary. Age
groups will be based on the number of entries. Category changes may be phoned in to
Vicki Odo @ 1-506-472-0403. No collect calls please. Numbers to be picked up at the
registration table upon verification of ScotDance Card, awards will be withheld without a
current SOBHD dancer registration card and a penalty of $5.00 charged. Dancers must
be is full costume including ghillies to receive their awards.
The Fredericton Highland Dancing Association will not be responsible for any injuries,
accidents or lost articles to competitors or spectators.
WORKSHOP: There will be a workshop offered in conjunction with this competition
on Sunday April 12, 2015. Pre-Premier 30.00 for 2 hours and Premier 50.00 for 3 hours.

Please note – there will be an area to eat outside the theatre. No food or drinks are
permitted within the theatre. Please refrain from bringing food with nuts.

Premier dancers are invited to perform “Tribute to James L. MacKenzie” for
demonstration only before the afternoon awards as a requirement for the James L.
MacKenzie Award application. Interested dancers should make their intention to
perform the dance known at the competition.
