Must be postmarked no later than May 1 2015
No Refunds will be given. Age categories will be determined by number of entries.
Last to enter, first to dance.
Late entries may be accepted after the closing date with a $10 penalty fee.
Please make cheque or money order payable to: ScotDance New Brunswick.
Numbers can be picked up at the registration desk during Registration Card checks.
There will be a $5.00 penalty fee for a dancer without their card and prizes will be withheld until
proof of current SOBHD registration card is provided to the organizers.
Prizes:

Medals & Trophies will be awarded in all categories except Primary which will receive
medals only.
Stamps for Beginner Classification will only be given for 1 st, 2nd, or 3rd place in Fling, Sword, and S.T.
Trophies will be awarded in the Trophy Fling for the top three places in each category and this dance will be
scored separate from the overall H/A award.
Categories will be decided based on the number of entries.
Competitors must be in full dress to receive awards.




Judging:



Dancers will be judged according to the techniques of the S.O.B.H.D.
Judge’s decision shall be final. There shall be no access to Judges score sheets.
In the event of a protest, a $25.00 non refundable fee must accompany a written
complaint and be submitted the day of the competition.
ScotDance New Brunswick and the organizers of this competition, will not be responsible
for accidents, injuries or illness to competitors or spectators at the competition, or lost
articles.

NOTICE TO PARENTS; The 2015 New Brunswick Selection Championship will be taking place in the morning and we
would like to encourage all NB Pre Premier dancers to come out and support our Provincial dancers as they compete in
their Provincial Championship. This is one of the most prestigious events held in our province and a great motivational event
for our up and coming dancers to witness. Plan to come early and help us support our 2014Provincial Dance Team.
