Entries postmarked after November 28, 2014 will only be accepted with a late fee of $10.00. Age categories will be determined by number of entries. Last to enter - first to dance. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Judging: In accordance with SOBHD rules, the Judge’s decision is final. No access to Judge’s sheets will be allowed. In the event of a protest, a $25.00 non-refundable fee must accompany a written complaint and be submitted to the organizers the same day as the competition and no later than 12 midnight.
