HAWAIIAN ISLANDS
MINISTRIES (HIM)
Hawaiian Islands Ministries (HIM) is a nonprofit Christian organization committed to strengthening individual pastors and leaders of local churches
across the Pacific Rim. Founded in 1983 by Dan and Pam Chun, HIM is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. HIM has grown from sponsoring
one biennial training conference in 1985 to more than a dozen major programs annually. Programs include the HONOLULU Conference, Life in
the Spirit Conference, Straight Talk events and a variety of intensive workshops and seminars. The estimated annual attendance of HIM programs
exceed 4,000.
HONOLULU 2015 will be held March 19-21, 2015 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, HI. This is Hawaiian Islands Ministries’ 27th
nondenominational conference for equipping, educating, and inspiring Christians; for developing Christian leaders, and for encouraging spiritual
renewal. The annual HONOLULU Conferences hosts approximately 3,000 Christian leaders, predominantly from Hawaii, but also from the Mainland
U.S. and Pacific Rim countries.
Dear Partners in Ministry,
We would like to invite you along with a select number of other organizations to exhibit at HONOLULU 2015, March 19-21,
2015 in Honolulu, HI. Held at the Hawaii Convention Center, HIM's annual HONOLULU conference is Hawaii's statewide
conference for Christian renewal and revival, and expects to train, resource, and inspire more than 3,000 people from over
400 churches and 30 denominations.
DAN CHUN
HIM PRESIDENT
PRESIDENT'S
MESSAGE
Our passion is to equip all Christian leaders - pastors, teachers, ministry leaders, business and community leaders, students
and church workers - with practical tools and wells of encouragement to be effective transmitters of the Gospel wherever God
plants them.
Exhibitors like you are a crucial element in ministering to our conferences. We want to get more resources into more hands
by exposing attendees to our exhibitors' ministry opportunities, and this is the only annual opportunity in Hawaii to showcase
your resources to such a wide and diverse number of pastors, churches, and Christians all in a single place at a single time.
We hope you will consider this opportunity to participate in ministry with us at HONOLULU 2015.
Aloha and God Bless,
Dan Chun
President, Hawaiian Islands Ministries

EXHIBIT GUIDELINES
1. BOOTH ASSIGNMENT
HIM assigns exhibit booths on a first-come/first-serve order based
upon receipt of your application, accompanying payment, and
acceptance of the application by HIM. HIM reserves the right to
refuse any exhibitor application for any reason. Exhibitors who
have not paid for their booth in full will not be allowed to exhibit.
One ministry/organization per exhibit booth. Exhibitors may not
share booth space.
2. BOOTH DISPLAY & SOUND PROJECTION
Visual access to surrounding exhibitor booths must not be
unreasonably blocked by an exhibitor. General displays should
be no higher than 10' in the back and 4' on the sides. The
exhibitor agrees to utilize allotted booth space without exceeding
the 8’ x 10’ space restriction.
Advertising space is available for purchase in our conference notebook, which is
distributed to all full-time conference attendees. This is a great way to showcase your
organization to the Christian community. Exhibitors are eligible for discounted ad
rates with their booth reservation.
In addition to our notebook, we also offer advertising space in our running slideshow,
which will be playing at the beginning of each plenary session.
Hawaiian Islands Ministries reserves the right to require exhibitors
to remove any sign, literature, etc., that HIM feels does not
conform to the morals, tone or attitude of HONOLULU 2015.
Any infringement upon this restriction may result in an exhibitor’s
removal from HONOLULU 2015.
All exhibit sales must be conducted within your exhibit booth.
The Exhibitor agrees not to solicit outside of the booth space.

FREQUENTLY
ASKED
QUESTIONS
 Do the booths include electricity?
No, electricity is not included but is available for a fee through International Convention & Event Services (ICES). Order forms will be sent six weeks
prior to the event in ICES' Exhibitor Kit. For specifics on what your booth includes, please refer to page 6 under "What's Included."
 Is internet service available?
Yes. However, there is a surcharge when accessing the convention center's wifi. Simply open your internet browser and follow the prompt.
 Where and how would I order extra booth furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.)?
ICES provides all booth furnishings. Any extra booth furnishings can be ordered through them. Order forms will be sent six weeks prior to the event
in ICES' Exhibitor Kit. For specifics on what your booth includes, please refer to page 6 under "What's Included."
 Can my materials be shipped directly to the Hawaii Convention Center?
No. The Hawaii Convention Center has strict rules about receiving deliveries and will turn away any unauthorized freight that is delivered there.
Freight delivery should go through ICES. Order forms will be sent out in ICES' Exhibitor Kit. For more information on freight, please refer to page 7.
 Can my organization insert our flyer into the conference notebook?
Because of the many requests for this, we do not allow flyers to be inserted into our conference notebooks. We do have advertising space
available for a fee if you would like to further advertise your organization that way. Ad information can be found on page 8.
 I or someone from my organization would like to speak at a conference, is this a possibility?
HIM personally invites our conference speakers; however, we do reserve a handful of slots for exhibitors who wish to do workshops or speak during
our plenary sessions. These opportunities are available as part of our Ministry Sponsorships found on page 5.
 Will my conference passes be mailed to me?
No. Conference passes are issued upon check-in.
 Does HIM validate/cover parking fees?
No. Parking fees are left to the responsibility of the exhibitor. The Hawaii Convention Center parking fee is $10 per exit. Please plan accordingly.
 Are worship concert tickets included with my booth reservation?
Regular commercial and non-commercial booth reservations do not include worship concert tickets. They can be purchased separately online at
www.himonline.org. Worship concert tickets are available upon request for Ministry Sponsors. One concert ticket per registration may be requested.
 Will I need to purchase conference passes for the volunteers in my booth?
Only if they plan to attend the conference. We offer an "Exhibitor rate" conference pass for only $125 for exhibit volunteers wanting to attend the
conference. We encourage purchasing one pass for each volunteer attending the conference. Volunteers who do not plan to attend the conference
will be issued an "Exhibits Only" nametag. Each booth will automatically receive 2 "Exhibits Only" nametags. If more are needed, please specify the
amount you will need on page 15. Please note that additional "Exhibits Only" nametags will not be available at the conference.
 What do I do with my Grand Prize Drawing donation?
Hold them at your booth. Once the drawing is completed, winners will pick up prizes directly from your booth. HIM will issue a certificate to each
winner specifying what they won.

EXHIBITORS/ADVERTISERS
STATEMENT OF FAITH WAIVER
I have read and understood the Honolulu 2015 Exhibitors’ & Advertisers’ Prospectus in full and agree to comply with all rules, regulations and
guidelines stated, and affirm commitment to the HIM Statement of Faith below. I also agree to provide resources that have a direct relationship to
HIM’s purpose as stated in this prospectus.
1. There is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
2. The Bible is God’s revelation to humankind. It is inspired, authoritative and without error in the original manuscripts.
3. God the Father sent us his son Jesus Christ, fully human and fully divine, who was born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life. His death on a
cross provided our redemption. He was bodily resurrected and ascended into heaven and has a present ministry of intercession for us. We
look forward to His return in power and glory.
4. The Holy Spirit is involved in the miracle of the conversion of an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life.
5. Humankind was created in the image of God. Yet, due to sin, they were alienated from God. God’s gift of salvation was only made possible by
Christ’s death.
