All exhibitors: A copy of the materials from the seminar will be catalogued and kept in the HLA library, and a
copy will be forwarded to our two local Administrative Justices of the Superior Court and the Ontario Court. We will
also be sending a copy of the materials to the County of Carleton Law Association in Ottawa, the Middlesex Law
Association in London, and the Great Library at the Law Society of Upper Canada in Toronto for inclusion in their
collections
All exhibitors will have their company mentioned by name during the conference, and have their logo displayed

Booth Information
Each exhibitor is assigned a booth around the perimeter of the
Chedoke Room or in the foyer. The room can fit a total of 30
exhibitor booths, and the foyer can fit up to 8 exhibitor booths.
Each booth is assigned a number, please refer to ‘Chedoke Room
Map’ to see where each booth is located (last page).
Booths are a six foot long table (with table cloth and chairs) and
include room behind and beside to set up additional
marketing equipment.
We encourage exhibitors to bring:



Extra lighting
Extension cords (extra long extension cords for booths locations 12 to 21)
Any other marketing materials or equipment that you may need
Please let us know of any special requirements you will need prior to the conference date.
Booth Assignments
Premium Exhibitors
Premium Exhibitors will be able to choose their preferred
booth location in the order in which the Exhibitor Contract
is received. You may request your top three choices for booths
on the Exhibitor Contract. We will do our very best to ensure
that one of your choices is assigned.
Regular Exhibitors
Regular Exhibitors will be assigned booths in the order in which payment is received. You may request your top
three booth preferences, however there is no guarantee that you will be assigned one of those booths. Once again,
we will do our best to meet all of our exhibitors’ needs.
