Project Coordinator
£20,253 Pro Rata 16-37 hours

Colchester/Tendring (2 year post initially)
Home-Start Colchester delivers several innovative family/child support projects, all
delivered within the North East Essex Quadrant, (Colchester and Tendring.)
Due to successful tenders we aim to recruit 2 project coordinators, we will match recruited
skills and allocate project delivery.

I can do it, a project that provides bespoke mentoring service for young people 7+
Health-Start—a project that supports families with health needs.
Parenting support– Key worker support for families to offer early intervention support.
You will act as a community key worker and hold a case load of families or children,
delivering initial visits and creating action plans to support positive changes. As part of a
team you will train volunteers/mentors to offer practical and emotional support to enable
children or parents to make positive changes.
Family Support Sessional hours
£9.00 per hour
To support the above services, we are looking to recruit sessional staff on a zero hour
contract. All applicants must have experience of community working, ability to work
unsupported and have good IT skills. Full Driving License is essential.
Administrator Sessional hours
£9.00 per hour
Closing Date Monday 25th May
Sessional administrative support required on a 0 hours contract, (when required )
To offer administrative support to a local charity, Home-Start Colchester. Colchester based.
DBS checked at enhanced level will be required for all posts.
