I understand that I am responsible for all the supplies in my booth which may include change, signs, sales tags, bags, etc. Exhibitors are required to attend the entire event (June 6, 1:00-6:00 p.m.) and will be penalized for leaving the event early by being denied application at any other HRCA show in the future. HRCA reserves the right to accept or reject any application for whatever reason. I, the Vendor, shall perform the work involved in this event at my own risk. I shall indemnify & hold harmless the Highlands Ranch Community Association from any and all claims, demands, losses, liability, damages or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other legal expenses arising in any way from my involvement in this event, including all claims relating to the injury or death of any person or damage to any property. HRCA will attempt to meet reasonalble requests from vendors with diabilities.Tent weights are required for all tents, failure to properly weight tent will relut in the removal of the tent from the event. HRCA will not be responsible for my items in any way. HRCA will not refund booth fees for any reason.
