“Our mission is to create independent thinkers who apply their knowledge to real-life settings and grow into
responsible, compassionate citizens of the world.”
Spring Field Trip to NJPAC
Our elementary and primary students enjoyed a bus ride trip to NJPAC this month. They
were treated to a puppet show that told the story of Sleeping Beauty, using Marionette
puppets from Mexico. Our toddlers and Sunny Yellow children viewed Pinocchio the
following day. They were engaged in various versions of these classic fairytales.
Comets Welcome Spring Concerts
The Comets visited the citizens of Bayview Residents Home. Under
Ms. Tina's musical direction, the children performed three wonderful
songs which they sang beautifully. Our friends
at the Center were so thrilled to hear the
children's voices as they welcomed spring.
The children delivered fruits for the residents as
they each greeted them and shook hands
with them. It was such a heartwarming and
memorable visit for both the residents and our
students.

Passover Performance by Parent Volunteers
Our parent volunteers and teachers gave another show stopping performance that tells
the history of Passover. The children enjoyed the story of baby Moses and how he would
grow up to be the leader who will free the children of Israel from slavery and the
oppressive pharaoh. The show would not be complete without the Passover song
rendered by our first and second graders led by Ms. Tina. Bravo performance to our
parent and teacher cast.
Galaxy Class Performance at York
Project Center
Our first grade Galaxy class took a walk to York Project
Center to sing for three to five year olds children. The
little ones were delighted to have these young visitors
come and sing for them. It was a wonderful way to
welcome spring.

Water Conservation
Project
Our elementary students
designed water posters for Water
Conservation Day. Here is some
of their work presenting the
water cycle, ways to conserve
water at home, and water
habitats. Come stop by our
science lab for a closer look!
