(IFA). IFA Ukraine is a non-profit
organization established in Ukraine
in 2007. IFA Ukraine was officially

Kyoto Congress during September

(IFA), Netherlands, is the only
non-governmental and non-sectoral
international organization dealing
with fiscal matters over the globe.
Senior-level tax advisors from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine will present a cohesive
coverage of the topics of mutual interest and importance, including the recent legislative and
administrative developments. Speakers will have time to address specific questions from the
attendees regarding particular fact patterns or issues.
IFA Ukraine is the only organization
in Ukraine dealing exclusively with
international tax matters.
The Seminar will take place at Radisson Blu Hotel Kyiv Podil.

Voznyuk, Olena
President,

Olena is a Tax and Legal Partner at Nexia DK. Olena has more than 12 years of
experience in advising multinational and domestic clients on tax structuring of
inbound and outbound investments, M&A structuring, pre-acquisition and postacquisition restructuring, Transfer Pricing etc.
Olena served as a tax partner and senior tax lawyer for the leading Ukrainian law
firms. She also worked as tax consultant at PwC Kyiv. In February 2014 Olena was
elected as the President of the Ukrainian branch of International Fiscal Association.
Olena is a member of the Public Council to the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine.

Tomas Chrobak is an Executive Manager of PROTTECO TRUST COMPANY, a
company forming part of the international tax consulting group AKONT, active in
the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 1992. Tomas has joined the group in 1997 and
helped AKONT become the most important provider of international tax planning
advisory and corporate services on the Czech and Slovak market.
In the years 2000 – 2008, Tomas was responsible for the management of projects
named Companies Online and OFFICE HOUSE, specialised in the provision of
Czech and Slovak ready-made companies and virtual office services in 18 business
centers located in both countries.
During his practice in the field of international Tax Planning and corporate services,
he has published numerous articles to various international and Czech magazines and
newspapers, and became a co-author of the books on international tax planning.
Tomas graduated from the Prague University of Economics. He speaks fluently Czech,
English, Russian, German, and French.
Lukas Randa is a Senior International Tax Consultant at Akont Trust Company, the
biggest international tax consulting company in the Central Europe providing its
clientele with general legal and business consulting services, as well as international
tax planning and asset protection advisory services since 1992. Lukas specializes in the
field of international tax planning, building holding structures and asset protection
schemes, drawing collective investment vehicles and substantial services such as crossborder transactions and wealth management. Lukas has joined the group in 2011 and
prior to this, he worked with the company RSM TACOMA which belongs to the
world´s biggest consulting groups.
During his practice in the field of international tax planning and asset protection
services, he has published numerous articles to various Czech magazines and
newspapers. He also lectured at several vocational conferences, seminars and
workshops.
Lukas graduated from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague with
specialization in international business and finance. He speaks fluently Czech, Slovak,
English and German.
Lukas is also an IFA International member.

Oksana Kneychuk holds a law degree summa cum laude from the University
of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. She has a vast experience of consulting on corporate
reorganisations and distributions, sale of businesses, capital raisings, joint ventures,
property developments, and liquidations.
Natalya Ulyanova is the Head of International Tax Planning Department at ICF Legal
Services. Natalya has over 15 years of professional experience in international tax
planning, tax risks assessment, business restructuring/M&A, complex consulting on
corporate and tax schemes, as well as on corporate management matters.
Oksana’s extensive experience also covers advice on the most advantageous tax
planning strategies for cross-border inbound and outbound investment, as well
as tax advice to the Ukrainian high net worth individuals on private wealth
structuring, preservation of wealth and tax planning around life changing events.
Oksana Kneychuk has been recommended in Tax by Legal 500 EMEA
Natalya has more than 10 years of experience in organising and speaking at the array of
conferences and seminars on the latest achievements and developments of International
tax planning. She is the author of numerous publications on tax and corporate matters
in the main business periodicals in Ukraine.
Natalya graduated from the Institute of International Relations, Taras Shevchenko
National University of Kyiv.
Derlyuk Oleg is a senior associate of International Tax Planning department at ICF
Legal Service. Oleg specializes in international tax and corporate structuring, financial
transactions, and asset protection. He especially excels in tax planning of international
trade, passive income streams, derivatives transactions and securities.
Mr. Derlyuk has a vast experience in advising clients on structuring of trading
vehicles in the EU, derivative contracts, VAT issues, TP issues, funds repatriation and
intragroup financing.
