QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate must:
 Possess a valid Ohio Superintendent’s
License
 Have a record of success in educational
leadership, preferably as a school
superintendent. Other candidates with
central office and Principal experience
will be considered.
 Have demonstrated both visionary
leadership qualities and management
skills that have produced desired results.
SALARY AND
CONTRACT
The West Branch Local Schools Board of
Education anticipates offering a multi-year
contract. The salary and benefits will be
based on the approved administrative
salary schedule.

Mission Statement
Established in 1960, the West Branch Local
School District currently consists of a preschool, two elementary schools, one middle
school, and one high school—all built or
renovated since 2000 under the Ohio School
Facilities Commission. West Branch serves
approximately 2200 students.
The mission of the West Branch Local
School District is to prepare all students for
their tomorrow, today.
Current labor agreements with the West
Branch Education Association and West
Branch Classified Education Association are
effective through 2016.
