We have appreciated the service she has given to our District, and we wish her well in the next step of her life. The Board of Education is now faced with the task of hiring a new superintendent. To assist us with this endeavor, we have hired Dr. Harry Rossi and Dr. Gary Zabilka, consultants with SCHOOL EXEC CONNECT, a search firm that specializes in assisting Boards of Education in their search for a new superintendent. They have recommended that we conduct an audit of our District’s strengths, challenges and goals, as well as determine the attributes necessary for a new superintendent to possess in order to be successful in our District. We are extending an invitation for you to assist us with the audit.
