Andrew oversees the firm’s work in White Collar Defense and Money Laundering Law. Andrew was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, attended Emory University (2001) and University of Miami Law School (2004). He was hired by Mr. Fuerst in 2005 and his practice includes Federal criminal forfeiture proceedings, complex commercial litigation, international civil litigation and FDA litigation as well as representing Money Transfer companies and clients in the industry both US and internationally. Besides being a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association he is a member of the National Money Transmitters Assoc., is a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist and he is a member of IMTC Advisory Board.
