1. ACCA Part-time Course Offers and Discounts - Terms and Conditions:
1.1. You may not combine any of our discounts offered. The Accountancy School
reserves the right to exclude students whose account is in arrears.
1.2. Resit Discount: If you are resitting a paper and you book the complete course for
that paper you will be entitled to a 50% Resit Discount. The Resit Discount does not
apply to Revision Only Courses. To avail of the discount you must submit a copy of
your ACCA exam results printed from MyACCA page.
1.3. Unemployed Discount: If you are unemployed you qualify for a 50% discount. You
will need a stamped letter from the social welfare office confirming that you are
currently claiming the Job Seekers Allowance. Without the necessary
documentation from social welfare the discount will not be given, the college will
not be in a position to make any exceptions to this rule.
1.4. Multi booking discount: It cannot be used with any other discounts already being
offered by the college (resit & unemployed, see above), the discount is only
applicable on full part time course fees.

Deferrals and amendments on fees or subjects cannot be offered if the course
is booked using the multiple discount offer. If a subject is deferred or cancelled
the student will have to forego the full discount.

2. ACCA General Terms & Conditions ACCA – August to December 2014
2.1. Course fees (or sponsorship forms) are due in full at the time of registration.
Flexible payment plans may be available in some instances. To check your
eligibility please email [email protected]
2.2. Cancellations are not granted once the course has commenced. Once your course
has commenced there will be no refund of course fees.
2.3. To amend your course booking or to defer your course for one term only send
your written request to [email protected]. Accountancy School staff
will confirm the outcome of your request within 48 working hours.
2.4. ACCA Part Time Courses deferrals will be granted only if the written request is
sent to [email protected] within the first four weeks of the course.
When a deferral is granted all course materials must be returned unmarked. Fees
will apply for any marked materials.
2.5. ACCA Part Time Revision only Courses deferrals will be granted only if the written
request is sent to [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the
first day of the Revision Course.
2.6. Course materials will be distributed at the registration evenings or at the first day
of your lectures
2.7. Moodle may be used for your ACCA courses (at your lecturer’s discretion). Log in
details will be sent to you by email no later than a week into your course.
2.8. Student ID cards will be issued no later than a week into the course. If you would
like to email a photograph to speed up the process please forward it onto
[email protected] If you are a returning student we might have your
photo on our database
2.9. Timetables will only change in exceptional/unforeseen circumstances. Our
administration team would contact you by either phone or email to notify you of the
re-scheduled date and time.
2.10.
All courses run subject to demand.
