We have heard the applicant appearing in person

as well as Counsel appearing for MCD and DDA. It is
20, 2015
the submission of DDA that the area has been allotted
for the purpose of dhalaos and other parties be
intimated by the next date of hearing regarding the
existing dhalaos within DDA pockets.
The learned
Counsel admits that DDA shall maintain the same. The
DDA along with the MCD shall work out the scheme in
this regard and bring before the Tribunal by the next
date of hearing. The Executive Engineer of SDMC is
present in the Court. The Chief Engineer of SDMC as
well as the Chief Engineer of DDA, Dwarka has to file a
joint report.
Post this matter on 20th April, 2015.
