As pioneers of Lambrusco in London we definitely recommend this wine because being high in acidity, matches perfectly In Parma's food speciality: charcuterie and cheese. Different from the white, cheap, sweet white you are used to, ours is red, dry and full of flavour! And as our objective is trying to teach the authentic ways how to consume the products, we serve our Lambrusco ONLY in the traditional bowl, called FOJETA, which sits in front of you. On the palate, it has notable acidity, characteristic of the Sangiovese grape, yet is balanced with great structure and elegance. DOLCETTO D'ALBA DOC The medieval commune of Alba is the white truffle capital of Italy and the Dolcetto grapes grown in this zone are acknowledged to be the finest. The wine is more supple and lighter in body than Barolos.
