The Ipswich Turf Club is situated in a central location only 30 minutes west of Brisbane
and an hour east of Toowoomba.
Close to local attractions such as the Railways Museum, Queensland Raceway and
numerous local wineries, the Ipswich Turf Club is the ideal venue for your next business
function.
Our prestige lounges provide a range of facilities from board meetings of 10 to large
presentations of 200.
We offer on-site, secluded parking for your guests and are located just 1.5km from the
Bundamba Railway Station.
Our large outside areas both covered and uncovered are perfect for any large events
such as expos and trade shows.

Eye Liner Lounge has a capacity to seat
200 theatre style or up to 200 banquet
style for corporate dining.
Situated at grandstand level, the Eye
Liner Lounge provides seclusion and

Terms and Conditions of Conference & Seminar Bookings








A “half day” booking is any booking less than 4 hours. Bookings longer than 4 hours are
billed as a “full day” booking.
A deposit of $200 is required within 14 days to confirm a tentative booking.
Should a function be cancelled, 75% of the initial deposit will be refunded should the
room be rebooked.
Prices quoted are current prices (GST inclusive) and are subject to change without
notice.
Under the provisions of the Licensing Commission, liquor cannot be brought into or
removed from the Ipswich Turf Club.
The hirer is financially responsible for any damage suffered to the club’s property and
equipment during the function.
The club will take all necessary care but cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss
of property left on club premises before, during or after functions. Responsibility for any
insurances lies with the hirer if he or she so desires.
A booking will only be confirmed after receipt of the deposit and a signed booking form
(overleaf), acknowledging the above information is received.
