beginners. We will create, save, organize, and share our documents in this fun group workshop.
Office 365 - Word Going Further
Making labels? Designing a newsletter? Want to create your own templates to streamline your
workflow? Take your communications and efficiency to the next level with this course. We will
focus on mail merge, desktop publishing features and timesaving tips.
Office 365 - Excel Essential Training
Are you a list person? Do you love numbers? Learn how to enter and organize data, perform
calculations with simple functions, format the appearance of your data, and build charts in this
essential class.
Office 365 - PowerPoint Essential Training
Want to add impact to your ideas? It’s time to make your point! Explore the essential concepts of
PowerPoint. We will create slides, animate our content, save and share our presentations.
Office 365 - PowerPoint Going Further
Feeling creative? Ready to stand out in the crowd? Its time to create your own theme, insert
videos, explore timing and advanced animation techniques. Join us as we learn to collaborate
online and share best practices in this in-depth class.
Office 365 - Outlook Web Application (OWA)
New to Outlook? Let’s take a tour of OWA, the web-based version of Outlook, and discover why it
is a great solution to access your email everyday from anywhere. Send, receive and manage your
exchange email on the web. Learn the basics of tagging and organizing your mail and discover
how to make appointments, request meetings and view multiple calendars. Finally, we will
organize, group, search our contacts and make a to-do list with tasks.
Office 365 – Outlook Going Further with the Desktop Application
Need to stay connected? Leverage the power of Microsoft Outlook to stay connected. This course
will tour the desktop application interface and show you how to connect to your exchange account
on your devices. Go further with email, contacts, meetings and room reservations. Communicate

Office 365 – OneNote and OneDrive Get Organized
Do you have notes that you would like to access anywhere on all of your devices? Do you want to
reduce the clutter and confusion of paper notes in your workspace? Join us as we explore the
power of the digital and synchronized workflow available by utilizing OneNote and OneDrive on
your computer, mobile devices and on the web from anywhere.

Office 365 – Publisher Getting Started

them for professional printing, email distribution, or posting on the web? This workshop will help
you design with text frames, format text and insert and position objects to customize the layout
and design of publications.
Adobe - Photoshop Essential Training
Do you want to add some professional visual touches to your presentations, documents and
newsletters? Join us to learn practical Photoshop techniques you can use to edit and enhance
images. Learn how to resize images without losing quality, how to sharpen images, and nondestructive techniques for retouching. Finally, we will learn to add special effects and save with
transparency for print or web using layers.
Adobe - Photoshop Intermediate Training
Do you want to get creative and make interesting compositions with layers? Are you looking for
tips to make your Photoshop collages more realistic? Join us as we use the tools and concepts
we discovered in the Photoshop Essentials workshop to take photocompositions to the next level.
Together we will fully uncover the power of layers and layer masks as well as working with text in
this hands-on learning experience.
Adobe - Illustrator Essential Training
Need to create some graphic elements from scratch? Want to learn more about the power of
vector images? Let’s jump in to an introduction of Vector drawing concepts in this introductory
course. We will create shapes and then apply colors, strokes, fills and effects. Learn about tools
such as the pen, pencil, paint bucket and brushes. Finally, will save and export our work for print
or web.
Using iPad in the Classroom
Do you want to create a truly hands-on learning environment? Let’s explore this exciting
technology together and experience all the possibilities. We will make music, take photos, record
a movie, create a document and display our creations with AirPlay.
Presenting with iPad
Feeling tied to the podium? Want to create presentations while you are on the go? In this
workshop, we will compare the free mobile apps of PowerPoint and Keynote. We will create a
new slide, apply a theme, save and share. Finally, we will practice displaying our presentations
with Airplay.
Creating Accessible Word and PDF Documents
Are you reaching everyone? Can all users access your information in a friendly format? Join us in
discovering design considerations that can help eliminate barriers in information technology. By
using proper formatting and notation with Microsoft Word, you can create accessibility compliant
documents that can convey your message to a wider audience.
