SCHEDULE “A” – JOB Position Title(s): Ticket Sales Representative, Manitoba Moose Department: Ticket Sales - Manitoba Moose Position Status: Position Description Reports & responsible to: DESCRIPTION Reference No: AETICK Revision date: May 25, 2015 Permanent Full Time Temporary Position Term Position Casual / On Call (event driven) Senior Director, Ticket Sales & Corporate Partnerships, Manitoba Moose Position summary: This position will perform a wide variety of sales related functions including but not limited to: the sale of new AHL season seats and partial seat packages; the sale of individual party suites on an individual game basis; and the sale of group outings. Detailed Responsibilities: Prospecting for new customers. Representing the full line of product offerings in the ticket sales area: season seats, partial season seats, party suites, and group outings. Building a referral base for future business. Closing business, selecting seat inventory and processing payments. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the year to ensure maximum retention. Working with ticket operations to ensure collection of accounts. Make sufficient in-person, telephone and other contacts to ensure achievement of sales goals. Work non-AHL events as required to promote the organization or to fulfill community relations responsibilities. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by management. Attend the full schedule of AHL home hockey games Develop: A strong referral network within your “book of business” and in the community to further sales goals. A thorough understanding of the product offerings, the venue and a good knowledge of the team and league. Qualifications: Previous successful sales experience in a relevant field. Good contact base in the local market. Well –developed interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching new True North Sports & Entertainment Limited Account Executive - Tickets Page 2 of 2 customers and asking for business. Ability and willingness to learn. Results driven. Ability to meet agreed upon targeted performance levels. Ability to work well as part of a team environment. Self-motivated entrepreneurial individual. Independent thinker capable of creating and executing sales and promotional plans to achieve sales goals. Ability to perform tasks during stressful fast-paced public situations while maintaining composure. Ability to be “on” even after long and stressful days. Ability to work above and beyond normal responsibility areas during events to ensure successful event execution. Specific Objectives/Criteria for initial review period: Reasoning Ability Ongoing.
