Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the EAL Procurement Team.
The role is to facilitate the procurement team and the business by ensure the governance of the
local procurement systems & processes whilst ensuring value for money, quality of service &
continuation of supply to the airport.
Principal accountabilities
Assist the Procurement team in carrying out, (but not limited to) the following duties:Facilitate the contract governance process by:Engaging with internal and external customer for document sign off.
Document management – scanning and filing documents
Posting, tracking, scanning and filing of contracts
Ensure adherence to process and policy’s whilst ensuring business continuity
Facilitating the P2P (purchase to pay) process by:Liaise/ assist internal and external customers with queries
Set up suppliers on SAP, this entails liaising with internal and external customers.
Data entry
Ensure adherence to process and policy’s whilst ensuring business continuity
Tender process
Email tender documentation to suppliers
Role Profile

Book meeting rooms
Take and circulate supplier meeting minutes
Supplier performance reviews
Set up meetings with internal and external customers
Book meeting rooms for the Procurement team
Take and circulate meeting minutes
General duties
Answer and facilitate telephone calls for the Procurement team
Book meets with internal and external customers
Characteristics of principle accountabilities include:

Qualifications and experience
Experience of SAP Business One
Experience of IDOC’s (nice to have)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel experience and Outlook or Excel
