A set series of poses is performed, always in the same order. Ashtanga practice is very physically demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next. This gentle form of yoga can be done with the use of a chair or standing, with the chair as support. You will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. The chair is used to maximize your yoga practice, while working in your range of motion.
