and Kickboxing. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout

This blast class uses floor routines and exercises designed to improve your functional fitness

A practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and
meditation.. With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, qigong is
traditionally viewed as a practice to balance qi(chi) or what has been translated as intrinsic

A Zumba class perfect for those recovering from injuries or illnesses, beginners who want to
learn the moves and anyone who just loves to dance!
Anusara combines a strong emphasis on physical alignment with a positive philosophy derived from
tantra. Poses are taught in a way that opens the heart, both physically and mentally, and props are
often used.
Ashtanga means "eight limbs" in sanskrit, and is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga. A set series of
poses is performed, always in the same order. Ashtanga practice is very physically demanding
because of the constant movement from one pose to the next.
This gentle form of yoga can be done with the use of a chair or standing, with the chair as support.
You will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of
a chair. The chair is used to maximize your yoga practice, while working in your range of motion.
Gentle classes incorporate meditation and breath work, with some stronger poses. Moving slowly
through our practice. In Restorative, poses are held longer; props may be used to build strength and
flexibility! Both styles increase flexibility, body-mind awareness and overall health!
The heated classes are performed in a 90◦ room. The instructor will guide you through a smooth flow
yoga incorporating breathing through the poses.

You will move from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner, like meditation in motion.
Ashtanga is the inspiration for what is often called power yoga. If a class is described as power yoga,
it will be based on the flowing style of Ashtanga, but not necessarily keep strictly to the set Ashtanga
series of poses.
A gentle class incorporating meditation and breath work to increase flexibility, body and mind
awareness. Props are used to aide anyone with limitations due to illness, injury and recovery.
Yoga Sculpt is a combination of yoga inspired movements and innovative resistance exercises using
resistance and small handheld weights.
The Derose method combines breath work, mental focus, and muscular strength to achieve Samadhi,
which is an elevated state of consciousness using respiratory re-education and stress management.
Vinyasa, which means breath-synchronized movement, tends to be a more vigorous style based on
the performance of a series of poses where movement is matched to the breath. A vinyasa class will
typically start with sun salutations to warm up the body for more intense stretching done at the end
of class.
A fusion of Yoga and Pilates that combines core strength training, functional fitness, balance and
flexibility in a way that will support you on your path toward physical health, balance and longevity.

Gravity - Gravity classes are performed on the award-winning Gravity Training
System (GTS) which offers 8 levels of incline resistance that can be calibrated to meet

intense/extremely challenging. The dynamic cable pulley/glideboard GTS
challenges clients to build strength, core stability and muscle endurance all with
minimal impact to the joints.
