Terms and conditions of the Joining Hands GiveBack Ambassador Program Our GiveBack Ambassador Program is all about creating great change and health for all. To make that possible it’s important that we are all clear on the way we work together. So the fun bits! 1.COMMITMENT We -‐ meaning you and Joining Hands -‐ have a commitment to work together to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people through the GiveBack Ambassador Program. This occurs through payment of your monthly subscription and purchasing of health and wellness GiveBack sessions for young people by you and your clients. 2.INTEGRITY OF OUR GIVEBACK PROGRAM As a GiveBack Ambassador, you and your clients are entitled to buy the Health and wellness GiveBack sessions that are listed on the Joining Hands website. 3. LOGO AND BRAND USAGE You may use the GiveBack Ambassador Program logos and branding ONLY if you are a GiveBack Ambassador or Partner. Buying the health and wellness GiveBack sessions listed on this site as a member of community does not allow you or your company to use any of the marketing messages and intellectual property of the GiveBack Ambassador Program. Further, any unauthorised use of the Intellectual property is expressly prohibited. The ownership of the Joining Hands GiveBack Ambassador Program logos and marketing materials stays with Joining Hands. Last updated April 25, 2015. V1:01 4. GIVEBACK AMBASSADOR PROGRAM RIGHT TO CANCEL AMBASSADOR SUBSCRIPTON Joining Hands reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel a user account should the member or user act in a way that is considered to be gross misconduct, fraud, gross misrepresentation or in cases where, in the judgment of Joining Hands, a user's action is likely to damage the reputation of Joining Hands. You will not be eligible to represent as an Ambassador. 5. BUSINESS LIABILITY Members and users of the GiveBack Ambassador Program carry no business liability whatsoever for any of Joining Hands operations or services. GiveBack Ambassadors carry no responsibility whatsoever, legal or otherwise, for the society or for any of its assets, liabilities or obligations. 6. SUBSCRIPTION FEES Joining Hands activities are supported and funded by the subscription fees from GiveBack Ambassadors. Joining Hands Pty Ltd supports the GiveBack Ambassador Program and so a portion of subscription fees goes to our GiveBack Program to make sure it's able to honour the commitment of 100 per cent of giving amounts go directly to our GiveBack Program. 7. 100% TO OUR GIVEBACK PROGRAM Joining Hands guarantees that 100 per cent of Health and wellness GiveBack sessions bought go directly to the GiveBack Program. 8. TRANSFER & CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS The GiveBack Ambassador and GiveBack health and wellness sessions made through the Joining Hands GiveBack Ambassador Program cannot be transferred to another company or organisation. GiveBack Ambassadors need to advise Joining Hands in writing that you wish to cancel your GiveBack Ambassador Subscription. 9. CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS GiveBack Ambassadors agree to remain a GiveBack Ambassador for a minimum subscription period of 3 months. This covers our administration costs and the GiveBack Ambassador startup pack you receive in the mail. Your GiveBack Ambassador subscription will be automatically renewed. If at anytime your payment does not go through and/or you are unable to or choose not to continue with your subscription payment, you are advised that you will no longer be eligible to represent yourself as a GiveBack Ambassador, including no further use of the GiveBack Ambassador logo in subsequent promotional material, in promotional areas nor any form of media. 10. CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS Joining Hands reserves the right to modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice; however, in the event of a material change, we will post an alert on our GiveBack Ambassador page for 30 days to alert users to the change.
