OFERTA DE TREBALL Cruise Ship company is SEEKING 1 Chef the Partie TASKS: To manage your section (e.g. sauce, meat, fish etc.) wwithin all galleys on board which involves buffet preparation and banquets and a la carte style. Maintains the line’s high culinary standard. Position supervised: Demi, Commis de Cuisine (Commis). Realization of guidelines to food-concept in his field of responsibilities. To act and work independently at his posts. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: Enthusiastic working environment where merit, skills, enhancement of potential and adherence to corporate values are rewarded. Communicational and organizational skills, team player, problem solving and listening skills, International exposure preferred. Age: 21-35 years. Studies: Certificate from established Hotel School from a recognised culinary institution. USPH exposure and certificate. Experience: 2 years experience in equal position on a ship or significant experience within Hotel Industry (5* service). International and gastronomic cuisine knowledge, Ala carte Restaurant exposure preferred. Idioms: Fluent English mandatory. Good level of German will be a plus. WORKING CONDITIONS: Location: Europe/Russia/Asia and Africa. Remuneration: 2100 € monthly aprox. Contract: six month contract, renewable including accommodation, meals, medical insurance.
