Mickey Arthur visits Karratha
On Friday 3 April and Monday 6 April
the Karratha Leisureplex will be open
on public holiday hours. There will
be no group fitness classes and the
Crèche will be closed on these days.
Cricket coach Mickey Arthur will be visiting the Karratha Leisureplex this month
to host a three day cricket clinic and a Coach the Coaches session. John Michael
(Mickey) Arthur was coach of the South African National Cricket Team (Proteas) from
2005 to 2010 and the Australian cricket team from 2011 to 2013. He currently heads
up his own Cricket Academy based in Perth which also has two other venues in
Western Australia and is Director of Cricket at Christ Church Grammar School. Mickey
is also a regular specialist cricket commentator for both television and radio, and was
recently appointed by Western Force to head up their Future Force program. Read

hosting a Q & A session specifically targeted at coaches.

Prenatal Pilates
with Wendy is Back!
Starts Tuesday 19 May and finishes on
Saturday 27 June. Sessions will run on
Tuesdays from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and
Saturdays from 8.30am to 9.30 am.

children aged 6-14 years. Whether you want
to further develop your skills in AFL, Beach
Volleyball, Water Polo, Cricket or Boxing or
just get involved and have some fun in various
games and hands-on craft activities we’ve got
something for you!
Nutritionist Consultations
Join April Butt, Certified

30 minute consultation: This
includes discussing your health
and fitness goals and assessing
your typical daily intake, alongside
any supplements. From here you
are giving practical tweaks and adjustments to
make - best foods to include/exclude, portion size
information, meal timings etc. Health handouts and
recipes will also be given. PRICE = $25.00
60 minute consultation: This includes all of the
above, but you will also be supplied a meal plan
structure and cookbook to follow. PRICE = $50.00

9th April to watch ‘Alice in Wonderland’ (2010, rated PG). Kick back and relax in
front of the big screen by the pool. The movie is free with pool entry and starts at
