FAQ’s for Booking Weddings at Keel and Curley Winery 1.

What dates are available? All weddings at Keel and Curley are held during the hours of 11 AM to 5
PM. Best to call and make an appointment to meet with Keel and
Curleys Event Coordinator. Some months are more popular than
others. 2.

How many guests can this location accommodate? Keel and Curley property can accommodate up to 150 guests for most
weddings. 3.

What is the rental fee? As of 2/01/2015 the fees range from $1,000.00 to $2500.00 Depending on date of event. 4.

How much is the deposit? Half of the total cost of your event is due when contract is
completed/signed and the rest is due 60 days prior to the event. 5.

Can I have my ceremony and reception at Keel and Curley? Yes, we have a gazebo area for the ceremony and a large outdoor facility
for the reception. Rehearsal date and time will be a separate event
charge. 6.

Is the site handicapped accessible? Yes 7.

What is the cancellation policy? There is no refund of the deposit if the client cancels the reservation. 8.

Is there a caterer at Keel and Curley? Keel and Curley have an outside food vendor available. Please contact:

caterer. Keel and Curley does not have a kitchen area available. 9.

Can I move tables and chairs around? You can decorate the area that you have reserved. If you want the tables
or chairs moved please discuss that with the Event Coordinator. All
chairs and tables must be moved by Keel and Curley employees. 10.

Are linens and table settings available? Keel and Curley does not provide or rent linens or table wear service.
You must bring or arrange to rent linens/table wear. Please arrange for
drop off and pick up the same days as your event. There is no storage
available. Ask your caterer if they will provide this service for you. 11.

Do we purchase our beverages from Keel and Curley? Yes. All beverages consumed must be purchased through Keel and
Curley. Ask the Events Coordinator for the best way to handle this.
Keel and Curley can provide soda (by the case), bottled water (by the
case), wine, beer and Champagne as per your request. There is absolutely no hard liquor allowed on the property. 12.

What about cake? You will need to make arrangements for your own cake. The cake will
need to be delivered the day of the event. There is no refrigerated
storage for baked goods at this facility. 13.

Can I play music? Keel and Curley Winery is zoned for music, however there are
restrictions. Please discuss your music choices with the event
coordinator. 14.

Is there parking at the Winery? Yes, there is parking on site and several nearby lots for overflo parking. 15.

Is your facility easy to find? Yes, you can have your guest look at the Keel and Curley web site to
