We ask that appointments etc. be scheduled outside of school hours unless unavoidable so that your child does not arrive after 8:45am, or leave before 3:15pm. Just three simple steps and your interviews are booked: Enter your name, your email address and the If your child does arrive late at school they must report to the office prior to going to their classroom. When they report to the office they will be provided with a late pass to give to their classroom teacher. This process ensures that our attendance records are accurate. In addition, if for some unavoidable reason you need to collect your child early, we require that you or a person authorised by you first visit the office to collect an early departure slip. When you go to the classroom, please give the classroom teacher the slip. Again, these processes are in place to maximise our care for the children and we thank you in advance for your cooperation in these matters. name of your student(s). Children are then supervised. The only exceptions to this are Breakfast Club and Morning Club. Breakfast Club is supervised from 8:10am. Morning Club occurs every week on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8:00am in the stadium.
