Kerby Centre Fit Room is open 7:30 am – 7:30 pm, Monday – Friday. Applications for the Fit Room are
available at the Ed. and Rec. Dept. Membership includes a free 1 hour session with a Personal Trainer. Cost for
Kerby members is $20/mth or $180/yr.
Internet Room (Room 305) Hours 9am – 2pm, Mon – Fri. Cost of printing is 10 cents per page.

Options 45 drop-in group now meets twice a month. This group, which is for people 45 years of age or older,
meets from 1:30-3:00 pm in the Kerby Centre Lounge on the second Thursday of every month, and also from
5:30-7:00 pm in the Kerby Centre Lounge on the fourth Tuesday of every month. The group involves
networking and speakers on topics such as resume building, LinkedIn, encore careers, connecting with
recruiters, dressing for success, job finding, skills and abilities and much more. Drop-in fee is $2. Come out and
