made a difference in the lives of those suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Support Caron: Caron Treatment Centers is a leading, nationally recognized, non-profit provider of alcohol and drug
addiction treatment. There are over 7,000 Caron alumni living in The District, Maryland and Virginia; and last year,
close to 500 families from this region received care at Caron. To help these families get the life-saving treatment they
needed, over $1 million in scholarship aid for treatment was provided to the greater DC community. Even with this
generous support many families are not able to afford the cost of treatment. As corporate leaders and caring members
of our community, we need to take an active role in being part of the solution!
Proceeds: Funds from the Recovery for Life Gala will be designated for need-based treatment scholarships for
individuals from the Greater Washington, DC Region and for developing programs for veterans and their families.
Previous honorees include: The Congressional Treatment and Recovery Caucus, Public Policy Award; The Partnership
at Drugfree.org, Community Leadership Award; & Robert L. Dupont, M.D., Lifetime Achievement Award
