To All Residents:
Pool Badge Registration will begin Saturday, May 9 2015. Please note NEW (resident and guest)
pool badges will be issued to all residents for 2015 (you can discard the ones you have from
previous years since they will not be valid) you will need to keep the NEW badges for the following
seasons, do not throw them out. There will be a $25.00 fee, per badge to obtain new badges if you
do not have them for the following seasons or loss them. No Exceptions.
IMPORTANT
It is also important to note that if you request a pool badge after MAY 28, 2015, there will be a
$15.00 late fee, per pool badge (this does not apply to new residents). So please make sure you
obtain your pool badges before the deadline, even if you do not think you will use the pool this
year. No Exceptions…There are plenty of dates.
Management will not be responsible to insure that residents receive their pool badges after the
registration dates. So please make sure you get your pool badges during pool registration time.

LAST DAY of registration.
If you do not received your pool badge during registration, you will only be able to get them during
specific times at management’s availability. After MAY 28, 2015, you will have to pay a fee.
Please be advised of the following criteria to receive your pool badges:
1. Each resident who lives in the unit will receive a free resident badge.
2. Units with a single one person occupant will receive one (1) resident badge, one
(1) Free guest badge. You will also be permitted to purchase two (2) extra guest
badges.
3. Guest badges are $25.00 each and are limited to two (2) per unit.
4. Renters- you must show a copy of the front of your lease agreement with the terms to obtain
a pool badge.
5. Owners- your account must be paid in full in order to receive your badges (this
includes all association fees, fines, etc. there will be no exceptions.
6. Identification is required at registration. Please provide your driver’s license or
another form of ID ( utility bill, insurance, etc.) to the person at registration. We must verify
that you are a resident of Society Hill @ Kilmer Woods Village II.
7. Registration Forms – everyone will need to complete a new registration form in order
to receive your pool badges. On the last page of this notice is the form, please
complete it before you come to the registration. Please print clearly.

Pool Rules and Pool Hours

Pool Hours: Weekends only from Memorial Day to June 21st. Daily as of June 23rd to Labor Day,
Monday, September 7, 2014. The hours for the week of August 25th, may change and residents will
be notified later in the season.
Monday – Friday: 11am to 8pm
Saturday – Sunday and Holidays: 10am to 8pm
Pool badges must be with resident at all times. Residents must sign in at the lifeguard stand. If badge
is not with the resident, you will be asked to leave. You must have a new 2015 badge to use the pool.
A resident must accompany guests at all times.
The pool will be cleared for adult swimmers (18 years of age and older) each day for one-half hour at
1pm and 6pm. During these times, please give right of way to lap swimmers. (The lifeguard may waive
this rule during periods of extremely light activity).
No running, diving, jumping in the pool, wrestling, yelling or unnecessary splashing permitted in the
pool area.
All children must be potty trained. For the health and safety of our swimmers, no diapers of any sort
are allowed in the pool.
An adult must accompany any children age 14 and younger.
No bicycles, skateboards or scooters are allowed in the pool area.
No alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
Eating food at the pool will not be permitted. Food must be eaten outside of the pool gate at the picnic
benches that have been provided. If you are eating at the pool, the lifeguard will ask you to leave the
pool.
Tables and chairs cannot be reserved in advance. If you have been at the pool, depart and plan on
coming back you must collect your belongings before leaving. You may not leave your items to save
the area in which you were previously.
Cut off shorts are not permitted.
No radios and television sets without the use of headphones.
Rude or disrespectful behavior to lifeguards or pool patrons will not be tolerated.
No super-soakers or water guns are permitted in the pool area. All other toys are permitted at the
discretion of the lifeguard on duty.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE POOL AREA.
Board of Health/Association Rules







Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold nasal
or ear discharges, or any other communicable disease shall be denied admission.
Any person with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts or bandages shall be denied admission.
Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or have and any signs or
symptoms of a gastrointestinal (stomach) disease in the past seven days.
Children should be encouraged to use the restroom before entering the water. Immediately report any
“accidents” you observe in the bathing waters to a lifeguard.
No animals (except for service animals) shall be permitted in the swimming pool, dressing
rooms/bathrooms or other parts of the enclosure.
All persons shall shower before entering the water.
Conduct, which endangers the safety and comfort of others, shall be prohibited.
Pool Closing
Closing of the pool due to weather is at the discretion of the lifeguard and the pool company.

I understand that I will be held responsible for all uses of assigned Resident and Guest Badges. I understand that
any misuse of Resident or Guest Badges can subject owner or tenant to fines and/or penalties as allowed under
the Association By-Laws and or revocation of pool privileges.
