Just a reminder regarding Easter Vacation…..
Kingston Catholic School will be in session on
March 30th and March 31st.
March 31st will have a 12:20 dismissal.
There will be no aftercare for Tuesday, March 31st.
Also, there will be no transportation for any district either of
these two days – you will have to bring your child into school in
the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.
On these days dismissal will be as follows:
Cars & walkers will be dismissed from the 1st grade classroom
into the back parking lot (as usual).
Bus students will be dismissed through the front of the school.
We ask that parents wait outside in the front of the school for
their student to be dismissed at 2:40 on March 30th and 12:20
on March 31st.
There will be no “Family Envelope” posted next week – please
check the website for Lunch and Aftercare for the week of 3/30
and 4/6. Fill out both of these and send them back Thursday or
Friday for next week and the following week.

Dear KCS Families,
Just a reminder – this year during the Lenten Season, we are
collecting for the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund. The brochure or
newsletter sent home in the family envelope contains details about
Fanconi’s Anemia. Unfortunately, the way we found out about Fanconi’s
Anemia, is that is has affected Ms. “D’s” childhood friend’s beautiful
daughter, Julia (who appears with her family on the cover of the
brochure).
She has already undergone a bone marrow transplant and is dealing
with the disease on a daily basis.
We asked for your child to save 10 cents a day for the 40 days of Lent
($4.00) and donate it towards this cause for them to serve their
Lenten Commitment. As always, donations in any amount will gladly be
accepted.
Donations can be made in cash or checks made out to Kingston Catholic
School and we will write one check to The Fanconi’s Anemia Research
Fund. God Bless you for your support of this most worthwhile cause.
Donations should be in by April 7, 2015.
