same day i.e. 11/04/2015 up to 4.00 p.m.
4. After acceptance of offer, balance payment along with Taxes & Duties and lifting of above items is to be completed within a Week’s Time of
acceptance of offer, failing which EMD amount will be forfeited.
5. All Sale is on “As is where is”, “No complaint basis” & “Area to be cleared basis”.

Decision taken by EWAC Alloys Ltd. will be final and binding on the purchaser. No Complaint for whatsoever reasons will be entertained in
this regards.
7. Income Tax (TCS) @ 1% is payable by the bidder as per Sec. 206-C of the Income Tax Act.
8. Bidders should mention their CST / BST Nos. & PAN in the Tender without which Tender will not be taken into consideration.
9. Excise Duty, VAT & any other levies of Taxes/ duties will be charged extra as applicable at the time of delivery.
10. Your offer must be valid for a Minimum period of 30 days from the date of submission.
11. Decision of Acceptance/ Rejection of the Tender taken by M/s. EWAC Alloys Ltd, & M/s. Kisan Ramchandra Auctioneers Pvt. Ltd., will be
final and binding on all Tenderer. No correspondence or representation on the decision of M/s. EWAC Alloys Ltd, and Kisan Ramchandra
Auctioneers Pvt Ltd, will be entertained.
