Maciej Zajdel, Managing Director and Board Member Maciej Zajdel (43) is a manager with a 17 year track record in the commercial real estate and infrastructure investment sector. He specializes in office and retail project development. In 2006-2014, he pursued his career with IVG Immobilien AG and IVG Institutional Funds GmbH as Project Development Manager, and subsequently as President of the Board of Directors. He was responsible for managing a portfolio of 17 office and retail properties in Poland which were worth more than EUR 400 million. The volume of sales and acquisitions managed by him throughout his career exceed EUR 500 million, and the value of development projects completed by him totals over EUR 160 million. The IVG Warsaw portfolio managed by Maciej Zajdel included inter alia the Le Palais project at Grzybowski square, Royal Trakt Offices at Ujazdowskie avenue, Norway House in the vicinity of Konstytucji square, Młodziejowskiego Palace in the historical part of the Old Town, Feniks on Żelazna street and Horizon Plaza in the vicinity of the Galeria Mokotów Shopping Centre. His previous employers include TNO in the Netherlands and Tebodin Poland where he was Development Director. For a few years in his career he was in charge of certain NATO infrastructure investments in Poland. Maciej Zajdel is a civil engineer (Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands and Wrocław University of Technology) and an economist (the University of Calgary, Canada (MBA)). He has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) at the CCIM Institute, Chicago since 2010.
