Nokomis Library is hosting a Family Fiesta for dia de los niños tomorrow- Saturday, April 25th at 1pm. The art work
from students in Wenonah room 100 and 108 will be on display at the library. These 2 classrooms created sock
puppets with visiting artist Anne Sawyer-Aitch. All are invited to enjoy dancing, music art and literature in
celebration of Dia de los ninos at 1pm tomorrow.

The May 8th Woodlawn Walk is going to be another special walk. Mayor Betsy Hodges will be joining us as we walk
with police officers and firefighters. We will need some extra volunteers that morning. If you are currently one of
the “orange vested volunteers” please let me know if you won’t be able to attend that walk and if you are not
currently a volunteer but are available on May 8th at 9:20 let me know- Jennifer D at Wenonah.

Good luck to our 5th grade Math Squad tomorrow as they compete in the District Math Competition at North High
School. Go Eagles!

Keewaydin middle school dance is on May 15 from 6-8pm. The theme of the dance is Old School Hollywood. Contact


There is no Chess Club on April 28th. Last Chess Club is on May 12, 2015.

Summer School Registration for all grades is happening now for all grades. Please consider signing up your student
