Group Exercise Information
Tickets are required for all aerobics room classes and cycling
class. Tickets are at the Welcome Desk 30 minutes before the
class starts.
Ages 12+ can participate on their own.
Classes with attendance below 6 are subject to cancellation.
Family classes are for those 6+ and with a parent.
Please remember that Child Watch usage is high during class
times. There may be a wait time.

Family Classes are signified in bold on the class schedule and are open to any children 6 years of age or older who is accompanied by an adult. Class instructors will tailor the class to
meet the needs of those attending.
Body Blast Circuit: This high energy, total body workout includes different circuits of Cardio, Strength and Core Training. Improve your endurance, strength and power through a variety of
exercises! Get ready to sweat!
Body FlowTM: A Blend of Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of
stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYFLOW™ class is released every
three months with new music and choreography.
Body PumpTM: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses,
lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Boot Camp: Take fitness to a higher level! Improve strength and muscle tone with interval exercises - running, sprinting, pushups, crunches, and agility drills to keep you motivated and moving!
Burn & Firm: This circuit training will energize anyone. Using a mix of light dumbbells and high and low impact cardiovascular exercises, you can expect to get a full body workout!
Cardio Kickboxing: This class combines kicks, jabs, and strikes that will give you a great workout.
Fit Kids: A focus on strength & cardiovascular training while playing games and fitness activities. Youth ages 6-12 years should join the fun today!
HIIT: High intensity interval training will get your heart rate up, burn lots of calories and get you sweating! Tabata and Rest Based training will include both cardio and strength drills. And don't forget
CORE work!
Group Cycle: Whether you’re new to cycling or experienced, you’ll have a great ride and workout!
Kids Gym Jr: A gym class that will use playing and pretending to help children develop: Spatial and body awareness, music, rhythm, coordination, and gross motor skills. This program is for children who
are 3 to 6 years old! Kids Gym is held in the gymnasium.
Legs, Core & More: This 45 min class is designed to strengthen and tone both core and legs. Class will include interval training and stations to also improve your stamina and endurance.
MMA HIIT: This high intensity interval training combines upper and lower body exercises widely practiced in MMA. The training has been designed to develop athletic condition, increase speed, power, and
endurance, targeting every muscle group and intermittently spiking the heart rate while helping you burn fat fast!
Pedal & Sculpt: Get a full body workout as you experience power packed pedaling with off-the-bike strength training segments built into the cardio workout. Pedal & Sculpt meets all levels of fitness!
Bike shoes are NOT recommended for this class.
Senior Fit: Fitness and fun for the active older adult! Using lite dumbbells, bands, and balance balls, the goal is to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and balance.
SilverSneakers Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights,
elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
SilverSneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights,
elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Tai Chi - Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that's now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as
meditation in motion, tai chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
Warehouse Workout: 60 minutes of intense cardiovascular and strength training you've never done before! Call it Crossfit, Boot camp, circuit training all rolled into one! Participants are expected to be
warmed up and stretched prior to start of class. We're ready to rock! Enter through double doors off of the track to the unfinished room.
Zumba®: Zumba® is designed for everyone, every shape and age. This program is not limited to dancers, fitness fanatics or seniors. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of a
Zumba® class. Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Appropriate for ages 13 and over!
Zumba Gold®: Zumba Gold® is a fitness program specifically designed to take the huge phenomenon of Zumba® and bring it to the active older adult, the beginner participant OR other special
populations that may need modifications for success!
