NEW VIRTUAL OFFICE AND REPLICATED WEBSITE FAQ
Q. What does it mean that the Virtual Office and Replicated
Website will be “unavailable”?
A. This means that during the transition from your current
Virtual Office and Replicated Website to the new ones,
you will be unable to access your current sites to place
orders, check your eWallet balance, etc. Your LPGN
Customer Service Team at 949.216.9600 will be
available from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm during these few days
to help you and answer any questions you may have.
Q. Can I still place orders and enroll new team members
while the Virtual Office is unavailable?
A. When you go to your regular Virtual Office login page,
you will see links to digital versions of the LPGN application
and Agreement Form and Order Form. You can fill out these
forms and email ([email protected]) or
fax (949.216.9601) them to LPGN. You can also call
Customer Service and we will take your order and
enrollment information. However, orders and enrollments
will not be processed until the new Virtual Office is live.
Q. When is the latest I can place an order before the system
becomes unavailable for a few days?
A. You must place your order before Sunday, March 22nd at
11:00 pm Pacific Time to have your order processed
before the upgrade process begins.
Q. If I have an Auto-Delivery scheduled to ship while
the system is unavailable, will it be affected?
A. Existing Auto-Deliveries will not be affected by the upgrade.
Q. What will happen if a critical issue is found during the
upgrade process?
A. If a critical issue is found, and we are unable to launch
the new Virtual Office and Replicated Website on the
scheduled date, we will make your existing Virtual Office
and Replicated Website available to you on March 26th
and continue working on the upgrade process.
Q. How will having appropriate sales taxes charged in the
U.S. affect me?
A. Previously, LPGN only charged sales tax on orders
placed in California, so IBOs in other states were required
to remit taxes on their own behalf in accordance with their
state laws. In the new Virtual Office, as per IRS recommendations,
the appropriate sales tax rate will be charged on all U.S. orders,
except in states that do not require sales tax.
Q. Why are you implementing a minimum shipping charge?
A. The minimum shipping charge can help you save.
A minimum shipping charge allows us to offer a more
balanced shipping rate on LPGN products and packs
across the board by offering weight-based rates. For
example, in the U.S. it currently costs $3.95 to ship
one bottle of Laminine OMEGA+++, and $11.85 if you
selected three bottles. With the new rate, you can have
all three bottles of Laminine OMEGA+++ shipped with the
minimum shipping rate of only $4.95.

Q. In which languages will the new Virtual Office and
Replicated Website be available?
A. The new Virtual Office and Replicated Website will be
available in English, Spanish, Russian and Indonesian,
depending on which country you are signed up in.
Q. Why will you require a unique email address in the new
Virtual Office?
A. In order to ensure we have a direct way to communicate
with all LPGN IBOs, whether they’re working to build a
thriving business or simply loyal product users, each IBO
needs to have a unique email address. This will help
ensure all IBOs receive valuable LPGN business and
product information in a timely and efficient manner.
Q. What if the person I’m enrolling does not have an
email address?
A. If the person you are enrolling does not have an email
address, help him/her sign up for an email address with
any of the many free email service providers available.
Q. What tools are available to help me learn how to
optimize the new Virtual Office?
A. We have put together 24 training videos that will help
you navigate and understand all of the major tools and
reports available. Additionally, we will have a Virtual
Office User Guide and a Report Comparison document
to help you easily find equivalent reports in your new
Virtual Office. Both of these documents will be posted in
the Resources section of your new Virtual Office.
Q. Will there be training on the features and benefits of the
new Virtual Office and Replicated Website?
A. Yes! Check your LPGN Connection and the Calendar
on LifePharmGlobal.com regularly for live trainings on
the many new features of the Virtual Office and
Replicated Website.
Q. What will happen after my promotional 90-day free trial
of the Pro Virtual Office and Replicated Website?
A. After your 90-day free trial, your Virtual Office and Replicated
Website access will be switched over to the Basic version.
We encourage you to upgrade back to Pro in the
“Settings” tab of your Virtual Office or by contacting LPGN
Customer Service. We will have a Pro vs. Basic comparison
document and webpage link available in Resources to help
you understand the benefits of the Pro version.
Q. Will all newly-enrolled IBOs receive the same 90-day free
trial of the Pro Virtual Office and Replicated Website?
A. Yes, all newly-enrolled IBOs will receive a free 90-day trial
of the Pro Virtual Office and Replicated Website, after which
time they will be able to upgrade to Pro to retain all of the
features and benefits.
