Chers amis,
C’est avec un immense plaisir que j’ai l’honneur de vous inviter au
2eme Open International des Mascareignes de Judo – Trophée
ADIDAS organisé par la Ligue de Judo Réunion-Mayotte.
Cette manifestation rassemblera sur les tatamis du Grand Ouest de la
Réunion, les plus grands clubs de France métropolitaine mais aussi les
meilleurs judokas de l’Océan Indien.
Vous trouverez ci-après le dossier de présentation du tournoi, le
règlement et les fiches d’inscription.
Nous espérons vous compter parmi nous lors de cette plus importante
manifestation sportive de judo de l’année.

It is with great pleasure that I have the honor to invite you to the 2nd
International Open Judo Mascarene - organized by the League Judo
Réunion-Mayotte ADIDAS Trophy.
This event will bring together the tatami Grand Western Meeting, the biggest
clubs in metropolitan France but also the best judoka of the IndianOcean.
You can find a presentation of the tournament, the rules and registration
forms below.
Wehopeyouwill join us in this most important sporting event of the year judo.

REGLEMENT 2015
Article 1
L’Open international des Mascareignes est une compétition en
individuel et par équipe concernant la catégorie des juniors et seniors
(né(e)s en 1997 et avant).
L’Open international des Mascareignes est ouvert aux pays de la zone
Océan Indien et aux équipes invitées par la Ligue de la Réunion.
International Open Mascarene is a competition in individual and team on the
category of juniors and seniors (born in 1997 and before).
International Open Mascarene is open to countries in the Indian Ocean region
and teams invited by the League meeting.
Article 2
Engagements des judokas français :
Inscription en ligne exclusivement sur le site de la FFJDA, via l’extranet.
Inscriptions définitives avant le 01 avril 2015.
Commitments French judokas:
Online registration only at the site of the FFJDA via the extranet.

Article 3
La compétition individuelle concernera toutes les catégories de poids
officielles.
Masculins : -60 kg ; -66 kg ; -73 kg ; -81 kg ; -90 kg ; -100 kg; +100 kg
Féminines : -48 kg ; -52 kg ; -57 kg ; -63 kg ; -70 kg ; -78 kg ; +78kg
The individual competition will involve all categories of official weight.
Men : -60 kg, -66 kg, -73 kg, -81 kg, -90 kg, -100 kg, 100 kg
Women : -48 kg, -52 kg, -57 kg, -63 kg, -70 kg, -78 kg, 78 kg
Article 4
De 3 à 7 combattants : 2 poules + tableau final
De 8 à 6 combattants : Tableaux double repêchage
Temps des combats :
Féminines : 5 minutes
Masculins : 5 minutes
Avantage décisif : illimité
Poules et Tableaux pour les Equipes selon le nombre de participants,
avec des combats de 5 minutes
Le tirage au sort s’effectuera à l’issue des pesées officielles le jour de la
compétition. Informatique, système fédéral.

compétition
3 to 7 fighters: 2 hens + final table

Female: 5 minutes

Article 5
Les horaires de pesée seront communiqués aux participants.
Les compétiteurs (trices) devront faire le poids de leur catégorie

Article 6
Chaque athlète engagé devra présenter son passeport sportif en règle,
son certificat médical et licence 2014 / 2015 lors de la pesée qui se
déroulera le jour de la compétition ainsi que d’une pièce d’identité en
cas de contrôle antidopage.

Article 7
Les combattants (tes) étrangers (ères) devront présenter leur passeport
et leur licence de judo.

Une commission technique composée d’un représentant de chaque
délégation, se réunira la veille du tournoi.
En cas de litige, la Ligue de la Réunion se réserve le droit de statuer.

Article 10
Récompenses : des récompenses seront remises à tous les athlètes
accédant au podium

Article 11
La ligue de judo de la réunion prendra à sa charge les frais
d’hébergement et transport terrestre pour un groupe de 14 (quatorze)
personnes pour une durée de trois jours. Les autres jours ou les
personnes supplémentaires seront à la charge du pays invité : le coût
sera de 27 € (vingt-sept) par jour et par personne.
League judo meeting will bear the cost of accommodation and ground
transportation for a group of 14 (fourteen) people for a period of three days.
Other days or more people will be charged to the guest country: the cost will
be 27 €(twenty seven) per day and per person.
