The Application can be sent by emailing the “Uniform Employment Application (Oklahoma Nurse Aide Staff) in the Pre-Defined Responses in the ATS. When decision is made, RD/CSA will notify candidate and extend offer contingent upon background check and references within 72 hours. If candidate accepts, RD/CSA completes pre-hire process. Once background check and references are complete, RD/CSA and candidate will complete New Hire Paperwork. New Hire Paperwork shall be submitted to Home Office within 48 hours of start date. Not Qualified Insufficient Skills Lack of Qualifications Ineligible for Rehire Weak Work History Out of State/Relocation Incomplete Application High Salary Expectations “No Interest” Letter is sent to candidate informing them they are not being considered for the position. Tracking level is updated to : “Not Qualified” “No Interest” Letter is sent to candidate informing them they are not being considered for the position. RD/CSA will schedule interview times with qualified candidates. Tracking level will be updated according to candidate’s progression: NO Tracking level is updated to: Lack of Communication Candidate No Longer Interested Misrepresentation Can’t Meet Schedule Requirements Insufficient Experience No Interest Letter Sent Not Qualified Qualified, Not Hired. Did Not Meet Legend Expectations Candidate Declines Offer: RD/CSA updates tracking level to “Candidate Declines Offer” and repeats recruitment process until position is filled. Failed Background Check: RD/CSA notifies Home Office HR to begin Pre-Adverse Action Process. “Pre-Adverse” letter is forwarded to the candidate by Home Office HR dept.
