Merchant Testing prior to phone screen or in-person interview.

**Oklahoma Nurse Aide staff must be sent the Uniform Employment Application.
The Application can be sent by emailing the “Uniform Employment Application
(Oklahoma Nurse Aide Staff) in the Pre-Defined Responses in the ATS.
When decision is made, RD/CSA will notify
candidate and extend offer contingent upon background check and
references within 72 hours.
If candidate accepts, RD/CSA completes
pre-hire process. Once background check and references are
complete, RD/CSA and candidate will complete New Hire Paperwork.
New Hire Paperwork shall be
submitted to Home Office within 48 hours of start date.

RD/CSA updates tracking level to: “In-Process”
Pre-Adverse letters are initiated and tracked by Home Office until resolved.
