Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) – applications
now open
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) will run over four years
and provide payments for eligible students to attend camps, sports and
excursions. Families holding a valid means-tested concession card or
temporary foster parents are eligible to apply. $125 per year will be paid for
eligible primary school students to go towards paying for camps, excursions
and sporting activities. Payments will go directly to the school and be tied to
the student. It is expected that more than 222,000 Victorian school students
will directly benefit from the Fund. Applications to the Camps, Sports and
Excursions Fund are now open and you will find the application form
attached. This form must be submitted by the end of this term, Friday 26th
June.
There are still places in the 5/6 Camp program and this money may be used

Hi, my name is Sharnali. I'm from 5/6A. I'm extremely
excited and honoured to become Vice Captain of
Mackellar Primary School. A few of my favourite hobbies
are drawing realistic sketches and reading, I also like to
write stories in my free time. I hope anyone who needs
help or would like to tell me or any of the student
leadership team something they'd like to change about
the school, will come and tell me or one of the other
captains.
Hi, my name is Riona Azzopardi and I am from grade
5/6K. I am one of Mackellar Primary Schools Vice
Captains for 2015 and I am still very overwhelmed that I
have this extremely important role. I have been at
Mackellar since Prep and I am now a year six student
who is extraordinarily proud of her school or as I like to
call it my second home. I would just like to add that I wish
all my fellow peers who are part of the student leadership
team the very best of luck for the rest of the year.
