With over twenty five years experience as a fully qualified
Architect working in every design field I now specialise in
securing Planning Consents and Building Regulations
Approvals for all types of small to medium scale projects,
from the most modest of domestic conversions and extensions
to complete new-builds, small estates of individually-designed
properties, minor commercial projects and high-spec flats.

By virtue of operating from a home office with minimal
over-heads I believe that you will find my fees to be
very competitive within the profession.
I normally charge each job on an hourly basis and issue interim Time Sheets detailing every hour I spend
working for you, so you can see precisely how each
invoice is broken down. If for any reason the project
becomes unviable and has to be halted then you will
only pay me for the time I have expended up to that
point. This is the fairest way to ensure that my fees
honestly reflect the amount of work undertaken in
each instance. That having been said, I also offer
Fixed Fee terms where these are clearly preferable.
The fee for my initial consultation with you to discuss the
viability of your proposals is
subject to appointment. So
there will be no charges
whatsoever if you choose
not to proceed.
