We offer one complimentary bed & breakfast standard accommodation for the organiser and
1 guest, if your numbers exceed 10 people Sunday to Thursday or 20 people Friday and
Saturday nights. Please tick in the box to confirm you would like us to reserve a room for you
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please telephone to check that the date is available and to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings are held for seven
days to allow time for confirmation and deposit to arrive.
2. Complete the booking form enclosed and return this with your non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person. Deposits can be
made by cash, credit card or cheque, payable to Marsham Court Hotel Ltd. We cannot accept more than one cheque for a group
payment. A booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received and acknowledged, and the booking form is completed and returned.
3. Friday & Saturday evening parties will be invoiced in full on 15th October for payment in full by 5th November.
4. Sunday to Thursday evening party nights and private celebrations will be invoiced in full one month in advance for payment 3
weeks prior to the party.
5. Charging will be on the basis of the number of places held with a deposit. Additional places will be subject to availability. Any
reduction in numbers will mean a loss of deposit or pre-payment. Payment can be made as stated above.
6. We regret that all deposits and pre-payments are strictly non- refundable.
7. We request that all party attendees be smartly dressed. No jeans, vests, shorts or trainers.
8. No drinks to be brought in by guests. We reserve the right to confiscate any such drinks and take further action.
9. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who acts in an unsociable manner and they may be asked to leave
the hotel.
10. The party organiser will be held responsible for any damage to the hotel or its’ property caused by their group.
11. In unforeseen circumstances the Management reserves the right to alter any date, entertainment or menu without prior notice.
12. Payment for the accommodation bookings is the responsibility of the person who makes the accommodation reservation.
Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival – loss of deposit. Less than 48 hours or no show – charged in full.
13. All guests attending an evening function must be aged 18 years or over.
14. Prices may alter in line with any change in Government Taxes or Duties.
15. These terms and conditions override our standard terms and conditions.
