PART A: In the main vessel, disperse Sensomer™* CT-250 Polymer in Deionized Water. Add Citric Acid (50% solution) with mixing to acidify. Heat to 80° C with mixing. PART B: In separate vessel, add PART B ingredients and heat to 75° C. Mix until uniform. When both parts are at the desired temperature, add PART B to PART A with strong agitation. Mix until uniform. Remove heat and begin cooling with mixing. After 10 minutes, decrease mixing speed. Continue cooling with mixing to 30°C. PART C: When the emulsion is at 30°C, add the PART C ingredients one at a time in order with mixing. Mix until uniform. CD-0023(LA)
