General Guidelines
 All exhibitors should exhibit materials available throughout the exhibition. Packing up materials prior to
the official termination is prohibited.
 All the booths must be staffed and have an official representative present at all times during the posted
Exhibit Hall hours. This also applies during installing/dismantling the exhibits.
 The Organizers and the Event Managers will not be held liable for loss/damage to the exhibits.
 This license to participate in the exhibition is personal to the exhibitor and is non-transferable. No
licensing or sub-licensing may be granted by the exhibitor to any other party.
 No booth at any time during the exhibition duration shall be left unattended.
 All exhibitors are reminded to wear their exhibitors' badges when entering the venue.
 No exhibitors under 18 years will be admitted.
 Exhibitors, Companies or Organizations should not display or advertise products or services anywhere
outside the Exhibit halls. Acoustic advertising and playing music are strictly prohibited).
How to participate?
 Exhibitor should necessarily submit the duly filled-in Exhibition Registration Form (Format available in
