Conference Ordering Terms and Conditions
When you order books for your event, you must provide us with the following before we will ship
your order:
1) A check for the total amount of the books plus shipping and handling, or give us your
credit card information (if a credit card is given, half of the total listed on the invoice
will be charged to your credit card before the books are shipped to you).
2) A pamphlet or website address with the conference or event information.
3) The original Conference Ordering Terms and Conditions form signed and mailed or
faxed to:

Once we have received all of the above items, we will ship your order to you via UPS. Please
allow ten (10) business days for delivery.
After the conference, if you have unsold books that are in perfect condition, you may ship
them back to us. We will only accept returned books that are in perfect condition. You will be
charged for any books that we receive that are damaged. If you return more books than
allotted by your discount, you will lose the discounted price and be charged the corrected
price.
Pack the returned books well so that they do not shift in the box and receive damage. Insure
your return shipment in case they are damaged in transit. The insurance will reimburse you for
the cost of any damaged books.
Along with the returned books, include a new check or instructions to bill your credit card for the
remaining amount of shipping and the cost of books that were sold. We will return your original
check to you once we have received the new check and your account has a zero balance.
If we have not received the unsold books and a new check 10 (ten) business days after the
close of the conference or event, we will cash your original check or bill your credit card for the
remaining balance listed on your invoice.
