SGA Application 2015-2016
The responsibilities of SGA members include:
1. To represent the students enrolled in Manteo High School by communicating on their behalf
at meetings.
2. To conduct student government business by passage of motions by a simple majority vote.
3. To initiate official actions deemed necessary and proper to promote the general welfare of
the student body.
4. To embody the integrity and professionalism of Manteo High School
In order to be a member of the SGA, a student must meet the following qualifications:
1. All members who are returning students must have at least a 2.0 GPA.
2. All members must be in good standing with Manteo High School as stated in the Student Code
of Conduct.
