System description:
The line consists of two parts:
dozing part (weighting) and
packaging part. There are 4
dozing routs with vibro-dozers
in cascade construction. Frozen
fruit is sensitive to mechanical
shocks, and cascades provide
continuous and uniform delivery
to weighting system. Frequency
inverters control the operating
of vibrating electro-magnets, that
allow the regulation of frequency
and intensity of vibrations. The
weighting system consists of small
buckets with load cells. Four AC
servo motors & drives are used for
control following parts: system for
making the ZIP-stripe on a bag and
for making the bag itself. Besides
precision, the basic request for the
packaging part is execution speed.
Dozing of frozen fruit is relatively
slowly performed, because of its
sensitivity, and in order to fulfil the
requested capacity of packaging
machine, its executing parts must
compensate all delays. Control
system is done with PLC and
operator panel in „touch-screen“
technology. According to measured
weight operating mode for vibrodozers is chosen: rough dozing,
fine dozing, weight correction.
Communication with frequency
inverters (16 pieces) is done
by RS422 communication. The
operator can set the frequency
of rough and fine dozing to each
frequency inverter, and can control
its work. The Dozing and packaging
line is displayed in form of synoptic
scheme, that provides the operator
an intuitive process monitoring,
easy adjustment and access to
detailed parameters of each part of
the line.
